Refund Policy – OK2
1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which One Key 2 Commerce L.L.C-FZ (“OK2”) offers refunds for its services, in accordance with applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Domain Registrations: All domain name registrations and renewals are final and non-refundable once submitted to the registry.
- Domain Transfers: Fees paid for inbound or outbound domain transfers are non-refundable.
- WHOIS Privacy & Add-ons: Additional services purchased along with domains are non-refundable.
These policies align with ICANN and individual registry rules which prohibit cancellation or refund after registration processing.
3. Refundable Services
- Hosting Services: Hosting plans, including framework hosting, Dockerized WordPress hosting, and PaaS solutions, are eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase.
- Conditions: To be eligible, the request must be made through the client dashboard or via written request to our support team.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Violations of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Abuse or misuse of services.
- Bulk or promotional purchases explicitly marked as non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request:
- Login to your OK2 account and open a support ticket.
- Include your order number and reason for the refund.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method within the stipulated processing period.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in relation to refunds shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
