Terms and Conditions – OK2

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by OK2, including domain name registration, web hosting, platform services, website building tools, and related services.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

• 2.1 Registration Services: OK2 acts as an intermediary between you and domain registries. You must comply with ICANN, registry operator policies, and applicable laws.
• 2.2 Eligibility: You warrant that your information is accurate and your registration does not infringe third-party rights.
• 2.3 Domain Ownership: You are the registrant. OK2 is the registrar of record. You must maintain accurate WHOIS data.
• 2.4 Domain Transfers: Transfers follow ICANN policies and may be restricted for 60 days after changes.
• 2.5 Domain Renewal: Renewal is your responsibility. OK2 is not liable for expired domains.
• 2.6 Domain Disputes: Disputes follow UDRP or other relevant policies.

• 3.1 Hosting Services: You must not use services for spam, malware, illegal activity, or IP violations.
• 3.2 Resource Usage: Use resources fairly. Excessive use may result in throttling or suspension.
• 3.3 Backup and Data Responsibility: We perform backups, but you are responsible for your data.

• 4.1 Billing: Services are billed in advance. Non-payment may result in suspension.
• 4.2 Refunds: Domain fees are non-refundable. Hosting may be refundable within 30 days.
• 4.3 Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes.

You agree to use services lawfully, protect your credentials, and comply with all policies and laws.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, overdue payments, or security threats. No refunds are guaranteed after termination.

OK2 is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold OK2 harmless from any claims or damages from your use of our services.

All content and technology are owned or licensed by OK2. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services means you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
